It was just yesterday that an image of the upcoming Nokia 9 PureView was leaked on Instagram. Today, the device has leaked once again; this time the leaked image comes from Slashleaks. The image shows the front of the device. Looking at the image, you can see that the device has a nearly bezel-less design. However, the bezels are still thick as compared to most mid-range and high-end smartphones nowadays. Surprisingly, there is no notch on the display. Due to the absence of the notch, the Nokia 9 PureView might have a comparatively less screen-to-body ratio, but it is good news for those who hate the notch style on a phone’s screen. As you can see, there is a front-facing camera on the right side of the earpiece, and a bunch of sensors on the left.

It will come paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The display will be a 5.9-inch unit with QHD+ resolution. The smartphone will pack a 4150mAh battery. The device will have IP6X water resistance. There will be a single camera on the front. Of course, the user also mentioned that there would be a penta-camera setup at the back. What the user did not reveal is the Android version. Well, we think the Nokia 9 PureView will come with Android 9 Pie OS, which is only obvious considering that Nokia’s affordable smartphone have Android 9 Pie too. Other leaks and rumors of the Nokia 9 PureView also suggest the same specifications for the device.
How Will the Nokia 9 PureView Hold Up with Snapdragon 845 When the 855 Is Already Out?

The thing is, Qualcomm has already announced the new Snapdragon 855 chipset. By the time Nokia 9 PureView goes on sale, almost all of its competitors will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. The fact that Nokia 9 PureView will have one generation old processor as opposed to its competitors, it will significantly impact the sales.
