Samsung will be taking the wraps off its Galaxy S10 lineup in San Francisco. However, the leaks will not stop pouring under the big day finally arrives. The fresh leak concerning the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ has made its way online via German tech site AllAboutSamsung. The leak gives us a clear look at the alleged live images of the Galaxy S10 and the Galaxy S10+. In these images, we get to see the front and rear panel of both the devices. Some of the design elements conformed to the previous leaks through this latest finding.
Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ Live Images Reveal Triple Camera Setup
According to these live images, we see the much-talked-about Infinity-O display and triple camera setup on the rear. We also get a sneak peek of what looks like a redesigned UI. Both the phones have thin bezels overall and a small chin at the bottom. The bottom edge of the device features SIM card slot, USB-C port, and headphone jack. We are pleased that unlike other brands, Samsung seems to be holding on to the 3.5mm headphone jack. Knowing that this is a leak and not the confirmed images, we are taking it with a pinch of salt. We do hope that Samsung does not follow the Type-C trend and leaves the 3.5mm headphone jack in the past.
Going by what seems to be the Galaxy S10+ in the images, we see dual-lens front camera on it. This means that the Galaxy S10 will allegedly settle for a single-lens front camera while the Galaxy S10+ will boast dual-lens setup for the selfie snapper.
We also notice that both the phones have an almost all-screen design that looks quite pleasing. Besides, the triple cameras have been stacked horizontally that makes them more Samsung. The company has always placed its cameras horizontally on S-series and Note; even the Galaxy Note 9 had the same placement of dual cameras on the rear. It’s worth noting that some of the previous renders of both the phones showed dual rear cameras instead of triple. So, it is debatable whether the phones will have a triple camera setup or dual. All the claims and rumors will come to rest once the devices go official.
Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ Rumored Specs
Previous reports about these upcoming flagships revealed that the Galaxy S10 may have a 5.8-inch display while the Galaxy S10+ might come with a 6.4-inch display. Some of the reports also suggested that Samsung could also launch a special edition phone in the series that could feature a 6.7-inch display, triple cameras on both front and rear, and 5G connectivity.
Samsung is expected to launch the devices on February 20, 2019 at the Unpacked event. We can also expect the company to share some information about its foldable phone that was showcased in November 2019 at its developer conference. Samsung is not the only OEM working on a foldable phone, Xiaomi and Lenovo are also in the league.
Well, we are quite pumped about the new phones coming from Samsung. Are you excited about these imminent launches? Share your thoughts in the comments.
