OPPO Reno 10X Zoom Flagship Phone Price, Specifications Leaked Ahead of April 10 Launch

A couple of weeks back, Oppo revealed that they are going to launch a new sub-brand, Reno. And under it, they are going to launch a new smartphone on 10th April. And then that device was listed on JD, revealing that it will be called the Oppo Reno Standard Edition. Well, we now have new information regarding Reno devices that will launch on 10th April. Yes, devices; Oppo is going to launch not one but two smartphones under the Reno branding on 10th April. First one, as mentioned, will be the Oppo Reno Standard Edition, and the second, according to a tweet from Ishan Agrawal, will be the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom. There has also been another leak, according to which, the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom will cost between $602 to $645.

Exclusive: The 855 OPPO Reno will be priced around 1400000₫($602/532€/¥4060）- 15000000₫($645/¥4350/570€） in Vietnam. That's cheaper than the Find X and R17 Pro in Vietnam too. Still dunno the RAM/ROM version though, but it's going to be the competitor with the P30 and S10e

Oppo Reno 10X Zoom Leaked Specifications

As the name suggests, the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom will have 10x zoom capability in its camera; most probably optical zoom. According to Ishaan’s tweet, the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom will feature an OLED display. He reveals that the device will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The smartphone will run on Android 9 Pie based ColorOS 6.0. The tweet reveals that the device will measure 162.0 x 77.2 x 9.3mm and weigh 215 grams. Ishan has mentioned in the tweet that he will soon be revealing the camera specifications of the device. Ishan, however, hasn’t posted the specifications of the Reno Standard Edition. That being said, according to device page on JD, the Oppo Reno Standard Edition will have a dual-camera setup and a completely bezel-less and notch-less display.

Oppo only recently revealed an image of Reno device (we don’t know if it is Standard Edition of 10X Zoom) suggesting that the display of the upcoming Reno device will not have any notch on its display. According to the image posted by Oppo on Weibo, the Reno smartphone will have 93.1% screen to body ratio, 3.49mm bezel at the bottom of the display, and 1.59mm bezel at the top and both sides of the display. Considering that the Reno smartphone does not have a notch on its display, it is most likely that the device will have a pop-up camera. Unfortunately, that is all the information we have for now. Hopefully, Oppo will post teasers of the device as the launch nears, letting us know more about the device.

Will Oppo Reno Smartphones Launch In India?

At the moment, it isn’t clear if Oppo will launch the Reno smartphones in India. However, considering that India is an important market for the brand, there is a possibility that Oppo could bring Reno sub-brand smartphone to India.
