Samsung is working towards the launch of the Galaxy Book Pro and the Galaxy Book Go, and it’s no secret. Back in January, the Galaxy Book Go and the Galaxy Book Pro specifications were even tipped, which gave us an idea as in what these devices will offer. Now, in a recent development, the Galaxy Book Go has cleared the FCC certification ahead of launch. Additionally, the Galaxy Book Go has also appeared in the Bluetooth SIG certification database as well, which does suggest us that its launch is imminent soon. Samsung Galaxy Book Go Clears FCC, Bluetooth SIG Certification
If we go by the FCC certification, we can see that the Galaxy Book Go is listed with model number NP345XLA. Other than the model name, the FCC documents also reveal the design of this upcoming Notebook. The Galaxy Book Go might offer 34.5W fast-charging support, as revealed by FCC certification. Furthermore, as mentioned above, the Galaxy Book Go is even granted the Bluetooth SIG certification today which is listed with the same NP345XLA model number. Additionally, the listing even has the mention of Hermes which is believed to be the codename of the Galaxy Book Go. This same Notebook variant also carries model numbers as NP345XLA and NP340XLA respectively. If we go by the listing, we can see that the Galaxy Book Go will have Bluetooth 5.1 support.

Past leak suggest us that the Galaxy Book Go will feature a 14-inch display with Full HD resolution. This upcoming Notebook will run on Windows 10 Home. Additionally, the Galaxy Book Go is expected to be available in two different processor configurations. One of the models might pack Snapdragon 7c SoC. This lower-end model is supposed to ship with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128 GB of UFS storage. On the other hand, the higher-end model might adopt Snapdragon 8cx Gen X SoC, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 256 GB UFS storage. Back in December 2020, Samsung had trademarked the Book Go moniker with European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
As far as the launch of the Galaxy Book Go and the Galaxy Book Pro is considered, Samsung is expected to launch these devices in May 2021. As the days pass, we should get to learn more details regarding these Notebooks.
