The iPhone XS is available in three different internal storage variants, but all variants have 4GB RAM. The smartphone sports premium color options including Gold, Space Grey, and Silver. iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max: Specifications, Features
The new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max are nearly identical on the inside, and differ primarily on the screen sizes and battery capacities. The iPhone XS has a 5.8-inch display while the Max variant sports a larger 6.5-inch display.
