Xiaomi Mi TV 4, 4A Smart LED Televisions Will Soon be Available for Sale at Offline Stores in India

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4 and Mi TV 4A are the two only television models being sold by the Chinese manufacturer in India for the time being. Unfortunately, their ‘online only’ selling channel makes it difficult for buyers that want an upfront and personal look at these TVs before making a purchase, since they might find a flaw or limitation that will compel them to look for an alternative. Fortunately, things are looking up and customers who want to check out first hand what these TVs are all about can do so comfortably because they are going to start getting sold via offline channels too.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4, 4A Offline Sales, Price in India

Both the Mi TV 4 and the Mi TV 4A are going to be sold offline through Mi Preferred Partner Stores. Only these stores have complete authority to sell such products, and they will allow buyers to get a first look at what the Mi TV 4 and the Mi TV 4A are all about. Currently, the company is selling a total of three TV models in India. Customers will be able to experience and purchase Mi LED Smart TVs in over 500 Mi Preferred Partner stores across nine cities; New Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Indore, Patna, Pune, Mumbai, and Maddur.

A single variant belongs to the Mi TV 4 lineup, which comprises up of a 55-inch display, while the Mi TV 4A features two variants with different screen sizes. The largest one sports a 43-inch display, while the smaller one carries a 32-inch panel. The price for the 55-inch model is Rs. 44,999, while the cheapest one costs Rs. 13,999.

Xiaomi September 27 New Mi TV Models, Details

To expand its TV lineup, Xiaomi is expected to launch new Mi LED TVs soon. The company has provided several teasers, which signify that a lot of smart products are said to get launched on the 27th of September. Apart from several teasers, the Chinese manufacturer has not really provided any other solid pieces of evidence as to what is going to be launching later this week, but we will keep you updated.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4, 4A: Specifications, Features

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4 is rocking a 55-inch 3840 x 2160 4K Ultra HD screen, and a frameless design. As of right now, the Mi TV 4 is the slimmest 55-inch LED TV available in the Indian market. However, that thinness comes with a few disadvantages as the product also becomes a fragile piece of hardware, so handle the product with extreme care. The 4K HDR panel on the Mi TV 4 offers a refresh rate of 60Hz, an 8ms response time and a 178-degree viewing angle.

Coming to the technical specifications of the Mi TV 4, you get a quad-core Cortex-A53 processor clocked up to 1.8GHz paired with a Mali-T830MP2 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Coming to the ports, the Mi TV 4 includes several of them including 1 x USB 3.0, 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x AV, 1 x S/PDIF out, 1 x Ethernet, and 3 x HDMI ports. You also get two wireless options, and they include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 LE.

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4A is the more affordable series and is sold in two variants as mentioned above. Both models feature a 1366 x 768 resolution, with the display technology being IPS. Both models also come with a 60Hz refresh rate, a 178-degree viewing angle, and a 6.5ms response time. Coming to the connectivity options, both wired, and wireless, both TVs get 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x AV, 1 x Earphone Out, 1 x Ethernet, and 3 x HDMI ports. Unfortunately, the Mi TV 4A series does not feature Bluetooth connectivity but does have Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n instead.
