Xiaomi is crusading towards broader horizons in India. The brand has already widened its products portfolio in the country by adding Smart TVs, Shoes, Fitness Trackers, Backpacks, and more to the mix. In the latest move, Xiaomi has announced the date for Mi Fan Festival 2019, starting April 4, 2019, and wrapping up on April 6, 2019. The three-day festive sale includes offers and discounts on Xiaomi’s Poco F1 and the Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphones along with Mi LED TV 4 Pro, Mi Band, and the Mi Air Purifier 2S.
Xiaomi Mi Fan Festival 2019 Includes Poco F1, Redmi Note 6 Pro: Re. 1 Flash Sale, Mystery Box Sale
Under the Mi Fan Festival 2019, Xiaomi is also hosting Re. 1 Flash Sale alongside the new Mystery Box Sale. The sale will be conducted on Mi.com, Mi Home, Mi Store, partner online portals and offline stores. The sale begins at 12 PM on April 4, 2019. In a press release, Xiaomi states that it will be offering the Poco F1 at INR 20,999 for the 6GB RAM+128GB Storage model (down from INR 22,999). It will be listing the Redmi Note 6 Pro 4GB+64GB at INR 10,999 after an effective INR 3,000 price drop. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro will be available at INR 10,999 and INR 11,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variants, respectively. We see a significant price drop here as the Redmi Note 5 Pro 4GB RAM variant retails at INR 12,999 while the 6GB RAM variant’s market price is INR 13,999.
As the name suggests, the Re 1 sale would let lucky buyers get the products at Re 1. Under Re 1 sale, buyers could get Redmi Note 7 Pro, Poco F1, Mi LED TV 4A Pro (review), Mi Soundbar, Home Security Camera, and Mi Sports Bluetooth Earphones at just Re 1. Of course, the sale will only have limited successful buyers. It will be held daily at 2 PM during the sale period. The Mystery Box Sale would enable buyers to purchase a mystery box consisting of products worth up to INR 2,400 at just INR 99.
The Mi Fan Festival 2019 will also feature the latest phones from Xiaomi including the Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, and Redmi Go smartphones. It would also have discounts on other Mi phones such as Redmi 6, Redmi 6 Pro, Redmi 6A, and others. Additionally, other Xiaomi products like Mi Compact Bluetooth Speaker 2, Mi Body Composition, Mi Band HRX Edition, and others will also be available at lower prices. Offering buyers with extended discounts, Xiaomi has also partnered with HDFC Bank, wherein buyers of Mi LED TV and MI Soundbar using HDFC Card, or EMI transactions would get 5 percent instant discount of up to INR 500. The brand has also collaborated with MobiKwik for up to INR 2,000 instant MobiKwik SuperCash valid for any purchase during the sale. Additionally, buyers using Mi Pay for the purchase would stand a chance to win Mi TVs and Redmi Note 7 daily (during the sale period).
Not just offers and discounts, the Mi Fan Festival 2019 is also laced with games like ‘Fun and Furious’ that offers a chance to win a Redmi Note 7. Other games include ‘Play and Win’ that enables players to win Poco F1, Mi Band 3, or Mi coupons.
