OPPO A7 Price in India Dropped by Rs 2,000; Here’s the New Pricing

Oppo has dropped the price of the Oppo A7 in India by INR 1,000 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant, and INR 2,000 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. With the price cut, the 3GB + 32GB variant of the Oppo A7 costs INR 12,990, and the 4GB + 64GB variant costs INR 14,990. The price drop is for both, the online, as well as, the offline market.

To recall, the Oppo A7 was launched in India in November last year with a price tag of INR 13,990 for the 3GB + 32GB variant, and INR 16,990 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. The Oppo A7 is identical to the Realme 2 in terms of specifications. Speaking of which, let us have a look what the Oppo A7 has to offer.

Oppo A7 Specifications

The Oppo A7 has a 6.2-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution. The display has a V-shaped notch at the top and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The Oppo A7 packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC, which is built on the 14nm fabrication process. The chipset has an octa-core CPU (Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.8GHz) and Adreno 506 GPU. The Oppo A7 comes in two variants – 3GB RAM + 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. The device has Android 8.1 Oreo OS with Color OS 5.2. Unfortunately, there is no information if the Oppo A7 will receive Android 9 Pie OS.

The Oppo A7 has a 13MP + 2MP dual-camera at the back. The 13MP camera is the primary shooter, and the 2MP camera is a depth-sensor. The selfie camera is a 16MP unit. Cameras on either side can record Full HD videos.

The Oppo A7 packs a 4230mAh battery, and it supports 10W charging. In terms of connectivity, the device has dual-SIM, dual-VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.2, single-band Wi-Fi b/g/n, GPS, microUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Oppo A7 also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
