Ever since Vodafone had to take the decision of increasing the prices of its prepaid plans in India by 42 percent owing to the new Supreme Court ruling on how the telecom companies calculate the revenue from the peers, the company has frequently been coming up with new prepaid recharge plans now and then to make its customers adjust to the changed Indian telecom scenario as comfortably as possible. With the hope of doing the same, the company has not introduced four new prepaid recharge plans for its customers in four circles – Andhra Pradesh, Mumbai, Odisha, and UP East. Let’s have a look at all the four new prepaid plans by Vodafone, the benefits they come with, and the price you have to pay for each one of them.
Vodafone launches new prepaid plans offering up to 4GB data and voice calling
1. Vodafone ₹39 all-rounder prepaid plan
Starting things off with the entry-level ₹39 all-rounder prepaid plan by Vodafone, the ₹39 plan comes with a talk time value of ₹39, 100MB of data, and 28 days of validity. Plus, the plan offers a rate cutter benefit with which the outgoing voice calls will be charged at 2.5 paise per second. Note that the plan is being rolled out only to select users as of now.
2. Vodafone ₹129 prepaid plan
The Vodafone ₹129 prepaid plan comes under the series of new open market plans Vodafone has introduced recently. The plan offers 2GB of data, unlimited voice calling to any network without any FUP limit, and 300 SMSes. The validity of the Vodafone ₹129 prepaid plans stands at 14 days. Truth be told, the Vodafone ₹129 prepaid plan is just ₹20 lesser than the ₹149 prepaid plan, which offers the same benefits with double the validity.
3. Vodafone ₹199 prepaid plan
Next up on the list is the Vodafone ₹199 prepaid plan, which happens to be one of the most talked-about price denominations in the telecom ecosystem. The plan offers 1GB of daily data, unlimited voice calling to any network without any FUP limit, and 100 SMSes per day. The validity of the Vodafone ₹199 prepaid plans stands at 21 days. Once again, these are precisely the same benefits that come with the ₹219 prepaid plan, with a reduced validity of seven days.
Since the newly launched Vodafone prepaid plans are almost comparable to the existing plans the company revealed a little while ago, you might want to check them out as well. In case you do, you can head to our existing coverage of the same.
