OnePlus 8T to Launch in Lunar Silver and Aquamarine Colours as per Leaked Renders

OnePlus is all set to launch its upcoming flagship smartphone the OnePlus 8T and the launch event is scheduled on October 14th. Recently the company has shared a series of information about the smartphone and yesterday the OnePlus has also revealed the design. Now, popular tipster, Ishan Agarwal has come up with new information about the handset which suggests that the OnePlus 8T 5G will be launched in Lunar Silver and Aquamarine colour options.

The official render of the OnePlus 8T 5G shared by Ishan also revealed the design of the phone. He also suggests that the Lunar Silver colour option will feature a matte finish and the Aquamarine model will have a glossy back. According to the official teaser shared by the company also suggest that the green variant will arrive with a glossy glass back.

“After exploring countless iterations with different CMFs (color, material and finish) for more than 4 months, we achieved a breakthrough and produced a remarkable glossy back cover for the new Aquamarine Green variant of the OnePlus 8T. This version takes advantage of diffuse reflection, a form of light refraction that scatters light in an expansive array of angles and directions, to produce a clean, gleaming surface that effectively mitigates the buildup of fingerprints,” reads the official forum.

The official teaser also shows a rectangular-shaped triple camera setup, embedded at the top left corner of the OnePlus 8T. A closer look at the teaser will let you notice the 48MP OIS camera written on the camera module, which might be the primary sensor of the phone.

So far we know this much about the upcoming OnePlus 8T and we can expect more concrete information from the company as we move closer to the launch. The virtual launch event is scheduled on October 14 at 10:00AM EDT / 3PM BST / 4PM CEST / 7:30PM IST.
