Samsung is gearing up to launch two new smartphones in the M and F series in India called the Galaxy M12 and F12. Both the smartphones are listed on different certification sites and there are already numerous leaks and rumours about the phones. It seems the brand might launch both the Galaxy M12 and F12 soon in India as both the smartphones have been spotted at Indian BIS certification. The Galaxy M12 and F12 were also spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification and the Wi-Fi Alliance certification websites recently. Let’s take a closer look at the BIS certification of the Galaxy M12 and F12 smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy M12, F12 BIS Certification
The Galaxy M12 is listed on the BIS certification with a model number SM-M127G/DS. While the Galaxy F12 is spotted with model number SM-F127G. Besides, the model numbers the BIS certification website didn’t reveal much about the smartphone. But thanks to the previous listing we have some information about the smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy M12 Expected Specifications
The Wi-Fi Alliance certification confirmed that the M12 will run on Android 11 operating system out of the box. Rumours also suggest that the phone will launch with a 6.55-inch display with a water drop notch design to accommodate the selfie camera setup. The smartphone is said to feature a square-shaped quad-camera setup at the back panel with the combination of 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors. The Samsung Galaxy M12 will sport a USB Type-C charging port and will retain a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Upfront the smartphone is tipped to offer an 8-megapixel camera setup for selfies and video calls. The Galaxy M12 is expected to be fuelled by a massive 7,000mAh battery. Currently, there is no information about the Galaxy F12, we can expect some more information about both the phones as we move closer to the launch.
