Vivo, along with the S12 and S12 Pro smartphones has launched its new smartwatch, the Vivo Watch 2 in China. This is the successor of the Vivo Watch launched back in September 2020.

The Vivo Watch 2 has significant upgrades over the previous model and features an OLED display, 5ATM water resistance, e-SIM support, SOS feature, and more. Unlike its predecessor, the Watch 2 is available in one size only in 46mm size. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest Vivo Watch 2.

Vivo Watch 2 Price

The Vivo Watch 2 will be available at RMB 1,299 (approx Rs 15,400) and is set to go on sale from December 29 in China. The company is offering it in three different colours – Silver Wing, Breaking Dawn and Force Black colours. There is no official word on the India launch of the wearable device.

Specifications and Features

The Vivo Watch 2 sports a 46mm circular dial that features a 1.43-inch OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate support. It features a bezel-less design. It has two physical buttons on the right side and is equipped with a 316L stainless steel body. Consumers will be able to change the silicone straps of the watch. The watch offers up to 5ATM water resistance which means you can use it for swimming as well.

It features an SOS emergency mode that sends out alerts to the fire services, police, or hospital even when your smartphone is not paired. The Vivo Watch 2 touts a battery that lasts for up to 14 days with e-SIM turned off and 7 days with e-SIM turned on. e-SIM on the Watch 2 allows users to send and receive SMS and calls without connecting their smartphones. It also comes with support for Himalaya FM and Netease Cloud Music that makes it possible to stream music directly. It also comes with 2GB built-in storage to store music.

The Watch 2 comes with 47 sport modes that include running, walking, swimming, cycling, and more. The Vivo Watch 2 has a built-in GPS for outdoor activities. It can measure SpO2, heart rate, stress, and track sleep. The Watch 2 comes with features like a smart calendar, smart travel service, Jovi voice assistant, and smart home control, NFC.
