Realme C25s Price in India Hiked Less Than a Month After Launch, Here’s How Much it Costs Now

Realme launched the beefed-up model of the Realme C25 in the form of Realme C25s silently in India earlier this month. The device’s pricing in India started at around Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model. The top-end model with 128GB storage was priced at around Rs 10,999. Well, it hasn’t been a month since the phone debuted in the Indian market, and now it is reported that the company has increased the price of this handset by Rs 500. 91Mobiles claims to have learned from their offline retail sources that the Realme C25s price in India is hiked by Rs 500. Additionally, if you check the price of the device on the Realme website or Flipkart, you will notice that the C25s price is increased by Rs 500.

As mentioned above, initially when the Realme C25s was launched in India, its pricing started at around Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. On the other hand, the 128GB storage variant retailed for around Rs 10,999. Now, if you check the phone’s pricing at the offline store or at an online platform you will notice that the price of the handset is increased by Rs 500. With this effective price hike, the Realme C25s 4GB + 64GB storage model will now start at around Rs 10,499, while the 128GB storage variant will cost Rs 11,499.

To recap with the specifications of the Realme C25s, the device features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display that has HD+ 1600 × 720 pixel resolution. The display panel has 570 nits max brightness, an aspect ratio of 20:9, and a screen-to-body ratio of 88.7%. Under the hood, the C25s is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G85 SoC. The phone ships with 4GB of RAM and is available in 64GB/128GB storage options. The device on the software front boots Android 11 out of the box with Realme UI 2.0 skin.

As for the optics, the C25s come equipped with a triple-camera setup. The rear-facing camera module occupies a 13MP primary sensor,  a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, the phone features an 8MP selfie camera that has an f/2.0 aperture. The device draws power from a 6000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Dimensions-wise, the smartphone measure at around 164.5 x 75.9 x 9.6 mm, and weighs about 209 grams. It has dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/AGPS, Beidou, Glonass, and a USB Type-C port.
