The OnePlus Nord 2T will be available for the first time today in the Indian market. To recall, the handset launched last week in the country. The successor to the last year’s Nord 2 brings with it an upgraded MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor and faster 80W SuperVOOC charging. Though it retains the good old Sony IMX766 primary shooter, OnePlus has changed the camera module design, giving it a fresh look.

The Nord 2T will be up for grabs starting at 12:00 PM today exclusively via Amazon and OnePlus Store. As a launch offer, OnePlus India is offering an instant Rs 1,500 discount on ICICI Credit Card (EMI and Non-EMI) and Debit Card (EMI only) transactions.

OnePlus is also offering a OnePlus Nord Handy Fanny Pack to the first 1000 Nord 2T buyers on the OnePlus Store app.

The Nord 2T price in India is Rs 28,999 for the 8GB + 128GB configuration. Whereas, the 12GB + 256GB variant of the latest Nord series device costs Rs 33,999 in the country.

OnePlus Nord 2T Specifications and Features

The latest Nord series smartphone offers a 6.43-inch fluid AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2400 × 1080 pixel) resolution, 409ppi pixel density, 90Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ certification. The display makes room for the front shooter inside a punch-hole notch and houses the optical fingerprint scanner beneath it. The display panel also features Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Nord 2T is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor and a Mali G77 GPU. It comes paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS3.1 storage. The latest OnePlus device boots OxygenOS 12, based on Android 12.

For photography, the Nord 2T gets a triple-rear camera setup including a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture. Accompanying it is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP mono lens, an LED flash, and a 32MP selfies shooter.

The latest Nord series device is backed by a 4500mAh battery unit and 80W SuperVOOC fast charging support. It relies on a Type-C (USB 2.0) port for charging, data transfer, and audio output. It also has a stereo speaker setup.

The Nord 2T comes in two colour options – Jade Fog and Gray Shadow. It weighs 190grams and measures 159.1 × 73.2 × 8.2mm. In terms of connectivity, it offers Dual-SIM, 5G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, Glonass, Galileo, Beidou, and NavIC.
