Realme GT Master Edition Prototype With MagDart Support Leaked in Live Images

Realme unveiled its MagDart magnetic charging solution tech last month. The company showcased the use of MagDart magnetic charging solution on a demo device called Realme Flash. However, now it looks like the brand is prepping up to bring more devices in the market that will support its MagDart magnetic charging tech. The Chinese smartphone maker is aiming to expand the MagDart to the Realme GT Master Edition, as per a report by 91Mobiles. Renowned leakster Steve Hemmerstoffer aka @OnLeaks has shared the live image of the Realme GT Master Edition prototype supporting MagDart with 91Mobiles.  Let’s check more details on this ahead:

As we can see in the images shared by 91Mobiles that the Realme GT Master Edition supports the company’s proprietary MagDart devices. The images showcase us the Realme GT Master Edition prototype attached to the 15W MagDart charger and a MagDart power bank. One of the images even showcases us the phone sitting on top of a 50W MagDart charger. The prototype handset has a circular magnetic coil under its rear panel which allows it to support MagDart chargers and accessories. As of now it’s unclear if Realme plans to launch a commercial version of the Realme GT Master Edition. The Realme GT Master Edition which is set to launch in India on August 18th does not support MagDart as per 91Mobiles.

If we have a recap of the phone’s specifications, the Realme GT Master Edition sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that has FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device under the hood is powered by Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset. The phone packs up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. As for the optics purpose, the handset sports a 64MP triple-camera setup. Upfront the device features a 32MP selfie camera. The whole package is fueled by a 4300mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. On the software front, the device runs Android 11 out of the box with Realme UI 2.0 skin. Dimensions-wise the device measures at 159.2 mm x 73.5 mm x 8.0 mm and weighs 174 grams.
