Realme Narzo 30 Pro Gets Realme UI 2.0 Update Based on Android 11 in India

Realme launched the Narzo 30 Pro 5G earlier this year in India. The device was among the most affordable 5G smartphones at launch. It features a MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC and a 5000 mAh battery under the hood. While the device packed value for money specs, it came with Android 10-based Realme UI out of the box. Months after the launch, Realme has released the Realme UI 2.0 update for the Narzo 30 Pro 5G. The Android 11 update introduced many new features and brings security, privacy features as well. Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G gets Realme UI 2.0

Realme has rolled out the Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 update for Narzo 30 Pro 5G. The stable update brings new features and bug fixes. Users can head to Settings > Software Update to check if their device has received the update. The update is being rolled out in a phased manner. Therefore, we suggest waiting for a few days if you have not received the Realme UI 2.0 update yet. Users need to ensure that their device is updated to the required version RMX2111PU_11.A.35/ RMX2111PU_11.A.37/ RMX2111PU_11.A.39.

Features and fixes

The new Realme UI 2.0 update for the Narzo phone brings many new features while fixing bugs and issues. It introduces new personalisation options, giving users the option to customise the interface. They can create their own wallpaper by picking colours from photos. The Realme Community Forum also reveals that third-party icons for apps on the home screen are supported in the new update. It also brings three dark mode styles called Enhanced, medium and gentle.

After updating to the new version, users can drag text, images or files out of a floating window or from one app to another app in Split-screen mode. The update also optimises the editing page of the Smart Sidebar.

In addition to this, users can also remove a folder or combine it with another one. The Realme UI 2.0 update also introduces new filters for the Drawer mode. Users can filter apps by name, install time or usage frequency to find an app quickly.

Furthermore, the App Lock feature can be enabled or disabled from Quick Settings. Users can also display their personal emergency information to first responders. The information can be shown even when the screen is locked.
