Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Pre-book Price in India on Amazon Makes the OnePlus 9 Pro Seem Overpriced

Samsung announced the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 India price earlier this month. The two foldable phones were launched globally on August 11 at the Unpacked 2021 event. Samsung has started taking pre-orders for the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 in India. Samsung launched the Z Flip 3 in two storage options. The base 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 84,999, whereas the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs 88,999. It comes in Phantom Black and Cream colours. As part of the official launch offers, customers who pre-book the devices will be eligible for either an upgrade voucher of up to Rs 7,000 or HDFC Bank cashback of up to Rs 7,000 using credit and debit cards. However, it looks like some users are getting an additional discount of Rs 7,000 on Amazon India while pre-booking the device.

A Twitter user claims that he managed to get a Rs 14,000 discount on the Samsung Z Flip 3 while pre-ordering the device from Amazon India. The user could claim a Rs 7,000 coupon on top of the Rs 7,000 HDFC Bank card offer, bringing the price down to Rs 70,999. The pricing after the discount offers brings it very close to the OnePlus 9 Pro and the Mi 11 Ultra, which are priced at Rs 69,999.

Users can also opt for the no-cost EMI for up to 18 months on top, which brings the price down to Rs 63,226.77. That being said, while the total order value of Rs 63,226.77 will be blocked from your credit card, you will still have to pay the Rs 7,772 interest during the 18-month period, matching the price of the device without the no-cost EMI plan. Opting for the higher 24-month EMI plan will levy an additional 15 per cent interest, which will cost you a total of Rs 90,766.

All in all, the best price of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 following the discount is Rs 70,999, which is still a great deal for a foldable phone. The offer is available only during the pre-order period till September 9. It is, therefore, best to place a pre-order now to get the best price for the Z Flip 3.
