Infinix Hot 12 India Launch Tipped to Take Place on August 17: To Come with 90Hz Display, 6000mAh Battery

Infinix, earlier this month, launched the Infinix Hot 12 Pro smartphone in the Indian market. The brand is now set to launch yet another Hot series smartphone – the Infinix Hot 12 in the country. As per an official announcement, the Infinix Hot 12 will launch on August 17 in India. The Infinix Hot 12 will be the company’s third device in the country. To those unaware, the brand already has Infinix Hot 12 Play and Infinix Hot 12 Pro under its Hot 12 series in India.

Ahead of the launch, a micro-site has gone live on Flipkart which reveals some of the key specifications of the upcoming Infinix Hot 12. As per the launch micro-site, the Infinix Hot 12 will offer a 6.82-inch HD+ display and a 6,000mAh battery unit. Infinix has also confirmed that the device will offer a 50MP camera setup and 18W fast charging support. Let us take a closer look at the Infinix Hot 12 specifications and features.

Infinix Hot 12: Specifications and Features

The Infinix Hot 12 will sport a 6.82-inch HD+ display panel with 480nits brightness. It will be a 90Hz refresh rate which will support a 180Hz touch sampling rate and will feature a waterdrop notch.

The upcoming Hot series smartphone is also confirmed to offer a 50MP rear camera setup with an f/1.6 aperture. The high-resolution sensor on the smartphone will get accompanied by two more camera sensors, details of which are unknown at the time of writing the post.

The Infinix Hot 12 will come equipped with a 6,000mAh battery unit and 18W fast charging support. It will feature a Type-C charging port and will also offer a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The upcoming smartphone will come in four colour options – Turquoise Cyan, Exploratory Blue, 7degree Purple, and Polar Black. We can expect the Infinix Hot 12 to be priced around Rs 10,000 since the Hot 12 Play costs Rs 8,499 and the Hot 12 Pro costs Rs 10,999 in the country.
