Based on past experience, the sale is eagerly awaited, and interested buyers are advised to be quick about their purchasing decisions.

The company has continually ensured high excitement for its Redmi smartphones shortly after entering the Indian market. This time, alongside the Redmi Note 5 Pro, the Mi TV 4, and Mi TV 4A models will be going on sale today on both Mi.com and Flipkart at 12 PM.

Mi LED Smart TV 4A is available in two screen size: 43-inches and 32-inches. The 43-inch variant of the Mi LED Smart TV 4A will be available at Rs. 22,999, which translates to a handsome discount of 11 percent. The 32-inch variant will be available for Rs. 13,999. In addition to the discounts, Flipkart has a few attractive offers, including EMI options starting from Rs. 465 per month. Axis Bank Buzz credit card users can avail a 10 percent instant cash discount. Although yet to be confirmed, there could be an Rs.500 discount for those using SBI Credit Cards.
While the 43-inch variant sports a full HD (1920 x 1080 pixel) display, the 32-inch version offers a HD (1366 x 768 pixel) resolution. Both versions feature 60Hz refresh rate, 1GB RAM, 8GB of internal storage and 178-degree viewing angle. All the variants of the Mi TV offer Smart TV features. Xiaomi’s PatchWall UI powers the TVs. The UI offers an intuitive way to discover and consume multimedia content.

Incidentally, the Redmi smartphone is already available for sale as a part of Mi’s 4 Anniversary celebration on Flipkart. But the portal lists the smartphone as “Coming Soon”. The device will also be made available for flash sale on Mi.com today from 12 PM onwards. Interestingly, this flash sale merely appears to be an opportunity to buy the smartphone at its full sticker price of Rs. 14,999. However, a few people may get a chance to buy the smartphone at throwaway price. As with the Mi TV buyers, there’s an 10 percent instant discount for Axis Bank Buzz credit card users.
The Redmi Note 5 Pro is a dual SIM Android smartphone. The device features a 5.99 inch Full HD screen with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Snapdragon octa-core 636 SoC along with an Adreno 509 GPU powers the smartphone. It operates on the Android Nougat-based MIUI 9, but should be soon upgraded to Android Oreo based MIUI 10.
The phone also features a combination of 5MP and 12MP rear camera with a 20MP front-facing selfie camera. The camera features include Beautify 4.0, electronic image stabilization, large pixel size, face unlock, 4500K selfie light, and phase-detection autofocus.
The Redmi Note 5 Pro is available in two variants: 4GB RAM + 64GB internal memory and 6GB RAM + 64GB internal memory (expandable to 128GB). Connectivity features include dual SIM 4G VoLTE support, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, and micro-USB. The phone gets its fingerprint scanner on the rear panel, and packs a large 4,000 mAh battery.
