Reliance Jio has added a new segment to its MyJio app dubbed Jio Prime Friday. This latest segment is loaded with online shopping discount, coupons, and cashback offers. In the app, Jio users can browse this new feature to get to know about currently running offers on e-commerce, food delivery, and other platforms. The list includes the likes of Paytm, ShopClues, McDonald’s, MakeMyTrip, OYO, and more. It’s worth noting that Jio is fetching the offers from these platforms and is not directly involved in selling of the listed services. Similar to other deals and coupon websites.
Reliance Jio PrimeFridays: Deals On Flight Booking, Purchase on ShopClues With Cashback, Oyo Membership
One of the deals listed under the Jio Prime Friday segment includes up to INR 1,000 of cashback on flight ticket booking via Paytm. This offer is valid for the users until March 31, 2019, for the minimum purchase value of INR 3,000. This offer comes with a one-time usability per user. The cashback will only be credited to Paytm users with complete KYC.
Other deal includes up to INR 100 cashback on ShopClues for a minimum purchase amount of INR 499. The cashback will show up in user’s Paytm account. Just like the previous offer, this one also holds one-time usability per user. It is valid across all the categories on ShopClues. The e-commerce platform has another deal running for it, which is bundled with up to INR 75 discount on a minimum purchase amount of INR 199. It is valid for prepaid orders only. It can be availed via both website and the app.
Another deal listed under Jio Prime Friday includes OYO. By using the promo code ‘OYOWIZARDJIOPRIME’ users can get up to INR 75 on Oyo Wizard Membership. This membership of Oyo fetches users with early bird discounts and an additional 50% discount. The promo code should be applied while buying the membership on OYO app.

With Jio Prime Friday, it looks like the telco is trying a new segment to increase its profits. One can find the segment at the bottom of the MyJio app. Once opened, users can browse through different categories of offers and discounts such as Staples, Dining, Travel, Shopping, and more. This segment could be of use to the Jio users as they can get their hands-on the running deals across various platforms under one app. The telco has also mentioned under terms and conditions that,“Reliance Jio Prime holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the cashback or discounts offered by the respective merchant.”
