Samsung is all set to introduce its next flagship smartphones at an Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 20. Unlike last year, Samsung will be launching three Galaxy S series flagship smartphones this year: Galaxy S10 E, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+. Thanks to leakster @IshanAgarwal24, we can now confirm the European prices of all the three upcoming Galaxy S10 series smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Variants European Pricing, Storage and Color Options
The Samsung Galaxy S10e will be available only in a single memory configuration: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. It will be priced at EUR 749 (INR 61,000 approx.) in the country and come in four color options at launch: Canary Yellow, Prism Black, Green, and White. In other European markets, the pricing is expected to be more or less similar. A Blue color option will also be available sometime later this year. The Samsung Galaxy S10e is rumored to sport a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by an Exynos 9820 in most international markets. In select markets such as the US, however, the smartphone will run on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 855 chipset instead. Some of the other rumored features of the Galaxy S10e include a dual-lens camera setup on the back, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 3000mAh capacity battery.
The standard Galaxy S10 will be available in 128GB and 512GB storage options at launch. While the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will cost EUR 899 (INR 73,200 approx.), the 8GB RAM + 512GB storage variant will set you back EUR 1,149 (INR 93,500 approx.) if you live in the Netherlands. As for color options, the 6GB RAM variant of Galaxy S9 successor will come in Black, Green, White, and Blue. On the other hand, the Galaxy S10 8GB RAM variant will be offered in Prism Black, Pearl White, Green, and Blue color options. The Galaxy S10 is tipped to feature a 6.1-inch dual-curved Infinity-O display with Quad HD+ resolution and an In-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. While the Galaxy S10 will be running on the same processor as the Galaxy S10e, it will offer a few major upgrades such as a more impressive triple-camera setup and a 3500mAh capacity battery.
Samsung’s most expensive Galaxy S10 model, the Galaxy S10 Plus will start at EUR 999 (INR 81,300 approx.) for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The 8GB RAM + 512GB storage variant of the flagship smartphone will be priced at EUR 1,249 (INR 1,01,700 approx.), while the top-end variant with a whopping 12GB of RAM and 1TB onboard storage will cost EUR 1,499 (INR 1,22,000 approx.). Needless to say, the Galaxy S10 will be the company’s first smartphone to ship with 12GB of RAM and 1TB of onboard storage. While the 6GB and 8GB RAM variants of the smartphone will be available in the same four color options as the standard Galaxy S10, the 12GB RAM variant will come in Ceramic Black and Ceramic White colors. The Samsung Galaxy S10+ will justify its name with a 6.4-inch dual-curved Infinity-O display. It will also feature dual selfie cameras and a larger 4000mAh capacity battery. Just like the standard Galaxy S10, the Galaxy S10+ is likely to offer an ultrasonic In-display fingerprint sensor and a triple-camera setup on the back. All the three Galaxy S10 models are expected to ship with Android Pie-based One UI out of the box.
