Google Pixel 5A Leaked Renders Will Give a Sense of Deja Vu For Pixel 4a Owners

Google launched the Pixel 4a and Pixel 5 last year amid the pandemic. The two Pixel smartphones, although generations apart, were quite similar in terms of design and specs. The company is now gearing up for the Pixel 5a launch. Google is expected to launch the Pixel 5a at the Google I/O in May. Ahead of the official confirmation of the launch, Pixel 5a renders have leaked. The design renders leaked by tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer, aka OnLeaks, suggests that the Google Pixel 5a will be very similar to the Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a. Let’s take a look at the Pixel 5a design renders, specifications, and other leaked details.

Pixel 5a leaked design render reveals specifications; 6.2-inch OLED, dual-camera setup tipped

Google Pixel 5a render images have leaked. The smartphone is expected to launch at the Google I/O later this year.

As per the leaked renders, the Google Pixel 5a will look quite similar to the Pixel 5 and the Pixel 4a. It will have a 6.2-inch flat OLED display with an FHD+ resolution. The screen will have thin bezels everywhere except the chin. The display has a tiny cutout on the top left corner for the front camera.

At the back is a dual-camera setup. The camera module design is the same as the Pixel 5. We can expect it to house a 12MP main camera and a 16MP ultrawide lens. There is also a third sensor, which OnLeaks speculates could be a PDAF sensor.

The rear panel also houses a fingerprint scanner. Other Google Pixel 5a specifications include a 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo speakers.

It is likely to run on Android 12 out of the box.

This is all the information we have on the Google Pixel 5a. We will share more details as and when information is available.
