The fresh information shared by Digital Chat Station on Weibo exposes the refresh rate, and battery capacity of the upcoming Vivo S9 smartphone. If we go by the details shared, the Vivo S9 might feature an OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate. The phone might have a Full HD resolution. Further details hints that the smartphone might feature a 64MP primary camera at the back, whereas at the front for selfies and video-calling, the device could use a 44MP camera. The front-facing camera details does match with the one that was shared by leakster on Weibo earlier. If we go by the rest of the specs of the S9, it might be the first phone in the world to use MediaTek’s Dimensity 1100 SoC.
The whole package might be powered by 4000mAh battery, that is rumoured to have a 33W fast-charging support. Previously, a new Vivo smartphone with model number V2072A was revealed by Google Play Console listing. Speculations are rife that this device could only be the Vivo S9. If we go by this theory, the S9 might boot up Android 11 out-of-the box. The handset might even pack a whopping 12GB of RAM, and 256GB internal storage, as detailed in the Google Play Console listing.
The current leak also hints the Vivo S9 might go official on March 6th. Even this date matches with the one that was shared by user Arsenal on Weibo few days ago.
