RedMagic 8 Pro Makes an Appearance on Bluetooth SIG and MIIT Certification Websites, Expected to Launch Soon

Nubia is expected to launch the Nubia RedMagic 8 series in the coming weeks. The brand is expected to unveil two smartphones under the RedMagic 8 lineup – the RedMagic 8 and the RedMagic 8 Pro. Nubia has confirmed that the upcoming RedMagic 8 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor which was recently unveiled. In a new development, we have spotted the upcoming RedMagic 8 Pro with the model number NX729J on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group certification website.

Alongside, the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro has also cleared TENAA MIIT certification which confirms that it will support 5G connectivity. The appearance on multiple certification websites hints towards an imminent launch. Let us take a closer look at the details that are revealed in Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro Bluetooth SIG listing.

The Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro made an appearance on the Bluetooth SIG certification database with the model number NX279J. Based on the listing, the upcoming Nubia flagship will make use of Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The listing further reveals the smartphone’s hardware version which is NX729J_V1AMB. Apart from it, the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro Bluetooth SIG listing does not reveal anything in terms of specifications.

This is the first time when the Nubia RedMagic 8 Pro has made an appearance on the web so nothing much is known about the device yet. However, Nubia has confirmed that the upcoming RedMagic 8 Pro will be the world’s first Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 powered gaming smartphone and the brand also said that the upcoming device will set a ‘new bar for gaming performance’.
