Nvidia Announces RTX 3080 Ti, 3070 Ti Flagship GPUs Along With a Bunch of RTX 30 Series Laptops

Computex 2021 event has already kicked off starting today in Taipei and the event will run-up to June 5th, 2021. AMD has already showcased its latest series of Ryzen desktop processors and Radeon mobile GPUs. Following the AMD launches Nvidia has announced two new GPUs including the GeForce RTX 3800 Ti, and the new GeForce RTX 3070 Ti. GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Features and Price

The GeForce RTX 3080 Ti is powered by Nvidia Ampere architecture and the GPU claims to deliver an incredible performance. The newly launched GPU comes with features like ray tracing, NVIDIA DLSS performance-boosting AI, NVIDIA Reflex latency-reduction. It also comes with Nvidia Broadcast streaming features and additional memory which is said to increase the performance of the most popular creator applications as well. The newly launched flagship gaming GPU of the RTX lineup comes with a price tag of USD 1199 (approx Rs 86,970) and the device will be up for sale starting June 3rd, 2021.

GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Specifications and Price

The GeForce RTX 3070 Ti is also powered by the popular NVIDIA Ampere architecture graphics card. This new GPU claims to boost performance with more CUDA Cores with the help of GDDR6X memory. The combination of the hardware enables the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti to deliver a 1.5X performance improvement compared to the previous-gen GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER and a 2X improvement over the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. The GeForce RTX 3070 Ti is launched at USD 599 (approx Rs 43,448) and it will be available from June 10th, 2021.

These new GPUs are claimed to deliver great performance backed by the Nvidia Studio platform and powered with 12GB of GDDR6X memory for creative applications. RTX is accelerating the No. 1 applications like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, OBS, and every major 3D renderer. According to the company, more than 70 content creation applications support RTX-accelerated ray tracing, DLSS or AI features.

GeForce RTX 30 Series Laptops For Every Gamer and Creator

At Computex, the company also announced the latest GeForce RTX 30 Series-based laptops. The list includes new gaming laptops from Alienware and Acer. Alienware announced its latest x15 ultra-thin gaming laptop with GeForce RTX 3080. The newly launched laptop comes equipped with a 2560×1440 G-SYNC display, and the company claims that it is the world’s most powerful sub-16mm, 15-inch laptop.

Acer has also added a new laptop in its Predator series with the launch of the new 16-inch Predator Triton 500 SE. Under the hood, the gaming laptop comes with a GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU and is loaded with third-generation Max-Q technologies for peak operation and performance. Besides, HP has also launched its 14-inch Envy laptop with RTX capabilities. While the 15-inch display Envy 15 has also debuted with GeForce RTX 3060 laptop graphics.

More Gaming Goodness

Nvidia has also launched a new Fortnite map called Titanium City, a 12 player Gun Game multiplayer free for all. The new theme is to celebrate the announcement and launch of the new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card. According to the company, Titanium City offers the new GPU as the map’s backdrop, with all the action occurring around it. To play, load up Creative Mode in Fortnite and head to Map Code 1866-3511-4211.
