Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra design renders have leaked online. A new report has now revealed the design of the upcoming Samsung flagship smartphone, which will be launched next year. According to the rumour mill, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will launch in January or February 2023. We are still a few months away from the official launch date; therefore, Samsung has not confirmed the launch date of the upcoming Galaxy flagships.
While we wait for some more details on that front, the Smartprix report has revealed the design of the S23 Ultra. The design renders leaked in collaboration with tipster OnLeaks reveal that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will have almost the same design as the S22 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Design Renders
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be launched at the Galaxy Unpacked event early next year. The phone will come with a Galaxy Note-inspired design. According to the leaked renders, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will sport a 6.8-inch display. The screen is curved and sports a hole-punch cutout at the top centre.
The right side of the phone has the power and volume keys. At the bottom, there is the USB Type-C port, a speaker grille and the S Pen slot. The bottom edge also makes room for the SIM slot.
On the back, the camera setup design is the same as the S22 Ultra. There are three cutouts on the left and two more next to them. The sensors on the right side sit flush, whereas the leftmost sensors protrude over the rear panel.
The metal frame is also said to be larger than the S22 Ultra. According to the report, the S23 Ultra measures 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.8mm, whereas the S22 Ultra measured 163.3 x 77.9 x 8.9mm.
Some other details of the phone have leaked in the past. The phone is likely to sport a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display. Its hole-punch cutout will house a 40MP front camera. On the back, the primary camera will use a 200MP sensor. It will also include a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and a 12MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom.
The device is also expected to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC or Exynos 2300 SoC depending on the region of its launch. It is likely to pack a 5000mAh battery and offer at least 25W wired fast charging support and wireless charging. Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to run Android 13-based One UI 5.0 out of the box.
