The Vivo V11 Pro is set to be launched on September 6, the same day as the Vivo X23 will be launched, but while the latter will be unveiled in China, the Vivo V11 Pro will be announced here in India. The company has been giving out teasers, and by now, we have a good idea of what the phone is going to look like. Well, put simply, it will look like the Vivo X23, but read on to learn more.
Vivo V11 Pro: Design, Display
The Vivo V11 Pro will be sporting a waterdrop display and an AI dual camera. The front camera will comprise of a single lens while the rear dual camera will be assisted by artificial intelligence thoroughly. Waterdrop display means that the display will be nearly bezel-free, with only a small notch the size and shape of a drop of water, a la the Vivo F9 Pro.
The Vivo X23 will have the same design. Also, the rear cameras are placed vertically on the top left side of the rear panel, with the LED flash placed below them. The chin or the lack of it has not been revealed or leaked yet, but we guess that the display will keep a narrow chin at the bottom. The Vivo X23, for its part, has a narrow chin at the bottom as can be seen in the teasers, and what looks like a glass back with mirror finish.
The rear panel of the Vivo V11 Pro does not house a fingerprint sensor, and Vivo has proudly teased a new fourth-generation under-display fingerprint scanner for the Vivo V11 and V11 Pro, with this scanner touted to be faster and better at its job.
Vivo V11 Pro: Leaked Specifications
The Vivo V11 Pro has not been officially unveiled yet but the company has teased its design language, as we discussed above. There have been leaks from listings that have given us a glimpse into the inner workings of the device. While these specs are unconfirmed, we can tell you with some confidence that the Vivo V11 Pro will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor, with four of its cores clocked at 2.2GHz.
The handset will sport a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display, with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and a screen-to-body ratio of more than 85 per cent. It will come with a 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, with a Hybrid dual-SIM setup. The dual rear camera has a 12MP primary lens and a 5MP depth sensor, while the front camera is 25MP with HDR ability.
The Vivo V11 Pro also gets a 3.5mm audio jack, dual-band WiFi, and a 3,400mAh battery with 20W VOOC flash charge.
Vivo V11 Pro: Price in India
The Vivo V11 Pro will be unveiled on September 6 at an event in India. We are expecting to see the Vivo V11 also alongside it. The expected price is Rs 32,990, but Vivo has not hinted at the pricing yet.
