The 4G feature phone market is on progression these days and we have a plethora of options to pick who’s in the lead. Reliance Jio launched its second generation of feature phones a while back and has been pitted against Nokia’s banana-shaped 8110 4G. The entry-level handset is available in three colour variants with the same storage on Flipkart.

Jio Phone 2 vs Nokia 8110 4G vs iVooMi iPro: Design, Display Features
As far as design is concerned, all the three devices are completely different. The Jio Phone 2 flaunts a QWERTY BlackBerry-like pad design paired with a 2.4-inch screen, placed horizontally. The device features a 4-way navigation key and a dedicated voice command key.
The Nokia 8110 4G has a catchy banana-shaped design (and colour) that includes a slider to cover the keypad with T9 predictive text input. The Nokia handset also features a 2.4-inch screen but it is placed vertically. The iVooMi iPro, on the other hand, features a fullView VGA display with a 4.95-inch screen and an aspect ratio of 18:9.

In terms of performance, the Jio Phone 2 is powered by a Spreadtrum processor, coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB onboard storage. The Nokia 8110 4G features the same onboard storage and RAM, but it is powered by a Snapdragon 205 SoC. Under the hood, the iVooMi iPro is loaded with a quad-core MediaTek 6737 processor, with 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. As for software, the iVooMi Pro runs on the Android Oreo 8.1 (Go Edition) operating system while the Jio Phone 2 and the Nokia 8110 4G run the same KaiOS out-of-the-box OS.
In the imaging department, the Jio Phone 2 features a 2MP rear sensor and the Nokia 8110 4G also packs the same camera unit at the back. On the front, the Jio Phone 2 houses a VGA camera. However, the Nokia 8110 4G does not come with a front-facing camera. In comparison, we have iVooMi iPro with the best statistics in this department. The device features a 5MP camera at the back, accompanied by a soft flash. On the front, there is a 5MP selfie camera with 6-Tone Beauty Mode. Additionally, it also allows you to send AR emojis while messaging. The iVooMi iPro also comes with a Face Unlock feature.
The Jio Phone 2 and the iVooMi iPro, both are fuelled by a 2000mAh capacity battery, while the Nokia 8110 4G settles for a less powerful 1500mAh battery. All the three handsets support dual SIM connectivity and memory expansion via a microSD card. The connectivity options on the handsets remain more or less the same on all the devices, except for NFC, which we find on the Jio Phone 2.

Well, the verdict of this comparison is a no-brainer. The iVooMi iPro is in the lead in all the aspects. As far as the Jio Phone 2 and the Nokia 8110 4G, the Jio handset leads by several additional features including the NFC, front-camera, ease of typing. Also, the Jio Phone 2 is less expensive than the Nokia 8110 4G and the iVooMi iPro. But, the iVooMi iPro completely justifies its price tag.
