Not too long ago, Realme launched its Realme 7 series of smartphones. The Realme 7 series consists of 2 smartphones (for now) – the Realme 7 and the Realme 7 Pro. Both devices are 4G handsets and are currently available in India and some other countries. That said, in a surprising turn of events, we have spotted a new variant of the Realme 7 smartphone today, which will be 5G compatible, on the NBTC certification website. Realme 7 5G receives NBTC certification, launch imminent
As seen in the NBTC certification above, the Realme 7 5G (with the model number Realme RMX2111) has been certified only recently. The certification reveals the moniker of the device and the fact that it will support 5G connectivity. Other than what we mentioned above, the NBTC certification for the Realme 7 5G fails to tell us anything else about the device.
That said, the RMX2111 model number has already visited the TENAA certification website a little while ago, and we know that it belongs to the Realme V5 smartphone, as per previous reports. If that is indeed the case, there is a strong possibility that the Realme 7 5G could be rebranded Realme V5 for the global market.
You can expect the Realme 7 5G to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor and come with a 64MP quad rear camera setup. The device could likely feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel. In terms of battery life, we can expect the Realme 7 5G to feature a 5,000 battery with scope for 30W fast charging.
