OPPO Find X3 Pro Confirmed to Come With Snapdragon 888 Processor, 10-bit Full-path Colour Management System for its Display

OPPO has confirmed the launch of the OPPO Find X3 series. The company will unveil the flagship series on March 11. OPPO has officially announced that it will launch the world’s first smartphone with a billion colour display. The OPPO Find X3 Pro will come with the 10-bit Full-path Colour Management System that OPPO announced at the INNO Day 2020. It is claimed to achieve full colour depth in HEIF format, which will result in high colour depth and accuracy. OPPO has also confirmed that the Find X3 Pro will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood. Let’s take a look at the OPPO Find X3 Pro specifications, features, and other details.

OPPO Find X3 Pro to be the world’s first smartphone with 10-bit Full-path Colour Management System

OPPO Find X3 series launch is scheduled for March 11. The company is expected to launch the Find X3 Neo and Find X3 Lite alongside the flagship Find X3 Pro. Ahead of the launch, OPPO has confirmed that the Find X3 Pro will come with a 10-bit Full-path Colour Management System for its display. It is also confirmed to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.

An end-to-end 10-bit colour management system means that the Find X3 Pro will not just display but even capture, store, and reproduce up to a billion colours in compressed HEIF format. It will also support the full DCI-P3 colour gamut across all stages of visual data that it captures, stores and shows, which means that in terms of colour accuracy and calibration.

OPPO Find X3 Pro specifications 

OPPO has confirmed that the Find X3 Pro will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood. 

As per leaked images, the Find X3 Pro will sport a curved edge-to-edge 6.7-inch display with a hole-punch cutout on the top-left corner. The screen will support adaptive refresh rate between 10Hz and 120Hz. 

The Pro smartphone is tipped to feature a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera sensor. It will also have a secondary 50MP ultra-wide camera sensor, a 13-megapixel telephoto camera sensor with 2x optical zoom, and a 3-megapixel macro camera.
