iQOO is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in India. The company recently launched its flagship iQOO 7 series in India. The next smartphone is a mid-range device launching soon in India. According to a Moneycontrol report, the iQOO Z3 5G launch in India is imminent. The publication claims that the device will launch between June 10-15 in India. The report further claims that the upcoming iQOO smartphone will launch as the first device in India with a Snapdragon 768G SoC. iQOO has launched the device earlier this year in China. iQOO Z3 5G India launch details

iQOO is gearing up to launch the Z3 5G in India. According to a new report, the mid-range smartphone will launch between June 10 and June 15 in India.

Moneycontrol claims that the company is yet to decide the exact launch date. However, it will launch before June 15. This falls in line with a previous leak from tipster Mukul Sharma, aka Stufflistings. Sharma had claimed that iQOO will launch a new Z-series smartphone in India by mid-June. 

The Moneycontrol report further reveals that the Z3 5G will launch with a Snapdragon 768G SoC. It is claimed to launch as the first smartphone in India with the 5G processor. Furthermore, it will launch at around Rs 25,000 in India. 

iQOO is yet to announce the official launch date. We advise our readers to take the leaked information with a pinch of salt. 

The device has already launched in China and is expected to come to India with the same specs.

iQOO Z3 specifications 

The smartphone features a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD with a 1080 x 2408 resolution. It sports a waterdrop-style notch for the 16MP front camera. Other display features include a 120Hz refresh rate, 96 per cent NTSC colour gamut, and HDR support.

Under the hood, the phone draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G processor. It is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The device packs a 4,400 mAh battery with 55W fast charging support. It comes with a liquid-cooling system for thermal management. 

On the back is a triple-camera setup. The device has a 64MP primary camera sensor. It is accompanied by an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide sensor and a 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor. For selfies, the notch houses a 16MP front camera. The device runs on Android 11-based Origin OS 1 out of the box. It could come with Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 in India.
