Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro With iPhone 13-esque Flat Sides, JBL Speakers Launch in China Set for October 28

The Redmi Note 11 series will be launched on October 28 in China. The company has just confirmed the launch date of the next-gen Redmi Note devices along with a couple of new teaser images that give us an idea of what the upcoming Redmi phones from Redmi might look like. Ahead of the launch the Redmi Note 11 series is already available for pre-order in China. 

Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro launch date revealed

The Redmi Note 11 series will be the successor to the Redmi Note 10 series which made its global debut in India back in March this year. The Redmi Note 11 series is now confirmed to launch on October 28 in China. The event will be held at 7 pm local time which is 4:30 pm IST on October 28.

Redmi has shared a couple of new teaser images on the Weibo platform which gives us an idea about the phone’s design and a few features. Starting off with the display, the design, the Redmi Note 11 series will come with iPhone 13 like flat edge design. Also, this time around the devices will sport JBL powered speakers and a dual seeker setup is also expected similar to the Redmi Note 10 series. 

Further, the image also confirms the presence of the 3.5mm headphone jack, IR blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and quad-camera setup. Leaks suggest the Redmi Note 11 will come with an LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP main camera and a 13MP selfie camera. Under the hood, the device is said to be powered by Dimensity 810 chipset. The Redmi Note 11 will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. 

The Redmi Note 10 Pro, on the other hand, will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone is said to sport a 120Hz AMOLED display along with a 5,000mAh battery with 6W fast charging or 120W fast charging as the latest leak suggests. 

In terms of pricing, the Redmi Note 11 is expected to start at CNY 1,199 which is around 14,000 while the Redmi Note 11 Pro is expected to start at CNY 1,599 or Rs 18,800.
