Redmi Watch 2 Lite and Redmi Smart Band Pro were launched globally a few days back as the latest wearables from the brand. Both the smart wearables from Redmi feature in-built GPS, heart rate sensor, SpO2 monitor, and much more. The Redmi Smart Band Pro is the successor to the Redmi Smart Band from 2020, while the Watch 2 Lite is the water-down version of the Redmi Watch 2 launched in China recently.

Popular tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted both the Redmi Smart Band Pro and Watch 2 Lite on the Indian BIS certification site and the launch of both the wearables seems imminent. While both the wearables were announced a few days back globally, the brand has not revealed the pricing of the Redmi Watch 2 Lite and Redmi Smart Band Pro. Let’s take a look at the specification and features.
Redmi Watch 2 Lite Specs and Features
The new Redmi Watch comes in three colour options – Ivory, Black, Blue and Pink. Also, there are three strap options – Olive, and Brown. On the front, the Redmi Watch 2 Lite sports a 1.55-inch touch screen colour display with support for over 100 watch faces. It has a button on the side for navigation. The wearable comes with a built-in GPS chip for tracking activities. The watch supports four major global positioning systems – GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS.
Further, it supports over 100 fitness modes that include walking, running, outdoor cycling, hiking, trail run, elliptical, rower, jump rope, yoga and more. The watch is also 5ATM water-resistant. In terms of health-related features, the Redmi Watch 2 Lite comes with a SpO2 monitor to measure blood-oxygen levels and a 24/7 heart rate tracker. There’s also sleep monitoring, stress monitoring, breathing exercise, female health tracking, and lastly, the wearable also supports strava and Apple health integration.
On a single charge, the wearable will offer up to 10 days of battery life and up to 14 hours with continuous GPS usage. Other features include music control, weather, message notification, DND, call alerts, alarm, find my phone, and timer.
Redmi Smart Band Pro Specs and Features
The Redmi Smart Band Pro is an upgrade over last year’s Redmi Smart Band. It flaunts a 1.47-inch AMOLED display on the front with Alway-on mode. The screen has a max 450 nit brightness and also supports over 50 band faces. The smart band supports 110+ fitness modes and can also detect treadmill, outdoor running and outdoor walking automatically. The band is also 5ATM water-resistant.
Further, the Redmi Smart Band Pro comes with a 24-hour heart rate monitor, SpO2 tracker, and sleep quality tracker. Stress monitoring, breathing exercise, and female health tracking are also present. The band will last up to 14 days on a single charge and it can be charged with the included magnetic charger. It also supports strava and Apple health integration and you can get more insights using the Xiaomi Wear application.
