The POCO F4 flaunts a 6.67-inch Full HD+ E4 AMOLED display with a 2400 × 1080 pixel resolution, 395ppi pixel density, and 1300nits peak brightness. It is a 120Hz refresh rate panel that supports up to 360Hz touch sampling rate, 50,00,000:1 contrast ratio, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision certification. The display panel also features Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Under the hood, the POCO F4 sports an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor coupled with an Adreno 650 GPU. Built on a 7nm fabrication process, the Snapdragon 870 brings with it an integrated X55 5G modem, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS3.1 storage. The latest POCO handset boots MIUI 13, based on Android 12.
