Samsung Galaxy A51s 5G with Snapdragon 765G SoC, 6GB RAM Benchmarked on Geekbench

Recently, a Samsung smartphone bearing the model number SM-A716V was leaked. Later on, we learned that the retail name of the SM-A716V is Samsung Galaxy A71s 5G. Today, we have spotted a new Samsung smartphone on Geekbench, the SM-A516V. This model number is similar to that of the Galaxy A71s 5G but this one has ‘5’ instead of ‘7.’ So, we are speculating that the SM-A516V to be the Galaxy A51s 5G. The Galaxy A51s 5G, apart from Geekbench, has also appeared on the NFC forum and Wi-Fi Alliance certification platforms as well. Let us dive deeper into the details.

The Geekbench listing of the Galaxy A51s 5G reveals that the phone has an octa-core Qualcomm processor with 1.8GHz frequency. While the name of the processor isn’t mentioned in the Geekbench listing, it does say that the phone has ‘Lito’ motherboard. If you are well-versed with the recent processor leaks, you will know that the ‘Lito’ is said to be the codename of a processor that will come as a successor to the Snapdragon 765 or 765G. So, the Galaxy A51s 5G is most probably running on an unannounced Qualcomm processor. The Geekbench listing furthermore reveals that the phone has 6GB of RAM. The device has scored 622 points in the single-core test and 1,928 points in the multi-core test.

Samsung Galaxy A51s 5G gets NFC Forum and Wi-Fi Alliance certifications

The Wi-Fi Alliance certification of the Galaxy A51s 5G reveals that the phone has dual-band Wi-Fi ac and the Android 10 operating system. The NFC certification, as you might imagine, confirms that the Galaxy A51s 5G has NFC connectivity.
