Realme is gearing up for the launch of its brand new Realme V5 series of smartphones. The first smartphone in the lineup, the Realme V5 is going to launch on August 3, 2020 in China. So far, we have received plenty of intel surrounding the specifications, features, and live shots of the Realme V5. Now, thanks to the Geekbench listing of the device we have spotted, we know the processor of the Realme V5. Notably, the Realme V5 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor. Realme V5 visits Geekbench ahead of launch
As seen in the Geekbench database image, the Realme V5 (with the model number Realme RMX2111) has managed to pull off 2,493 in the single-core test and 6,555 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing reveals that the Realme V5 will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, which will be paired with 8GB of RAM. The device will boot the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with the company’s in-house Realme UI skin baked on top of it.
As far as the rest of the specifications of the device are concerned, the Realme V5 will feature a 48MP quadruple rear camera setup and a single punch-hole selfie camera at the front, which will be located in the top left corner of the device’s display. Speaking of, the Realme V5 will feature a 90Hz IPS LCD panel with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Coming to the battery of the device, the Realme V5 will boast a 5,000mAh battery with support for up to 30W of fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port.
