POCO X3 Goes on First Sale in India Today: Here’s How It Compares with the Realme 7 Pro

POCO India launched the POCO X3 last week at an event in the country. The POCO X3 Indian variant comes with a couple of changes compared to the POCO X3 NFC global variant. At the launch event, the company also announced the first sale dates along with the pricing of the device. POCO X3 will go on sale in India starting today at 12 PM. POCO X3 First Sale Details, Offers, Price in India

The POCO X3 comes in three variants in India, the base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage costs Rs. 16,999, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 18,499, while the top-end variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage retails for Rs. 19,999.

POCO X3 compared with the Realme 7 Pro

POCO X3 features a 6.67-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 resulting in a pixel density of 395ppi, and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection 5 protection. Realme 7 Pro features a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 resulting in a pixel density of 409ppi, and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The display on the POCO X3 comes with 120Hz higher refresh rate and is HDR10 certified.

The POCO X3 packs the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G under-the-hood while the Realme 7 Pro sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G, both these processors are built on the 8nm process. The graphics duties on both these devices are handled by Adreno 618 GPU. These smartphones pack up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, but the Realme 7 Pro comes with a dedicated Micro-SD card slot compared to the hybrid slot on the POCO X3.

Coming to the optics, the POCO X3, as well as the Realme 7 Pro, pack a 64MP quad-rear camera setup with a Sony IMX682 primary sensor with f/1.89 and f/1.8 apertures respectively. POCO X3 packs a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture while the Realme 7 Pro features an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 119° field of view and f/2.3 aperture. The POCO X3 packs a 20MP front shooter with f/2.0 aperture for selfies while the Realme 7 Pro has a 32MP sensor with f/2.5 aperture.

POCO X3 packs a 6,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support while the Realme 7 Pro has a 4500mAh battery with 65W SuperDart charging support, both these devices feature a Type-C charging port. POCO X3 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which is embedded in the power button, Realme 7 Pro, on the other hand, has an in-display optical fingerprint sensor. Realme 7 Pro comes in two variants in India, the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 19,999 while the top-end variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage retails for Rs. 21,999.
