Realme, last week, unveiled the Realme Narzo 20 series at an event in India. The Narzo 20 series consists of three devices – Narzo 20A, Narzo 20, and Narzo 20 Pro. The Realme Narzo 20A, the most affordable in the trio, is the successor to the Realme Narzo 10A which was launched back in May. These devices share a lot in common but have certain key differences as well. Realme Narzo 20A retails for Rs. 8,499 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant costs Rs. 9,499. Realme Narzo 10A was launched at a price of Rs 8,499 for the base variant but due to GST rate revision in the country, it is now priced at Rs. 8,999 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant costs Rs. 9,999.

Realme Narzo 20A and Realme Narzo 10A both feature a modern bezel-less display with a water-drop notch, which the company refers to as mini-drop fullscreen. These devices feature a polycarbonate back, but the Realme Narzo 20A comes with an all-new victory design similar to the Realme Narzo 20. Realme Narzo 20A retails in Glossy Silver and Victory Blue color variants while the Realme Narzo 10A is sold in So Blue and So White color variants in India.

Realme Narzo 20A packs a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 and about 89.8% screen-to-body ratio. The display on the Realme Narzo 20A comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and has a water-drop notch for the selfie shooter. On the other hand, Realme Narzo 10A features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 and about 89.8% screen-to-body ratio. Similar to Realme Narzo 20A, the display on the Realme Narzo 10A is protection under Corning Gorilla Glass protection and features a waterdrop notch.

Under-the-hood, the Realme Narzo 20A packs an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor built on an 11nm FinFET process, which gets coupled with Adreno 610 GPU, and up to 4GB RAM. The Realme Narzo 10A on the other hand packs an octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 SoC built on a 12nm process, that gets coupled with Mali G52 GPU, and up to 4GB RAM. Both these Narzo series devices have a dedicated micro-SD card slot for storage expansion. These devices run Android 10 based Realme UI 1.0 for now, but both these devices are confirmed to receive Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 update in the future.

In the camera department, Realme Narzo 20A packs a triple-rear camera setup with a 12MP primary shooter that has an f/1.8 aperture. The 12MP sensor is accompanied by a 2MP Retro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP B&W lens with f/2.4 aperture. Realme Narzo 10A also packs a similar triple-rear camera setup. The primary lens on the Realme Narzo 20A has 12MP resolution with an f/1.8 aperture, which gets accompanied by a 2MP portrait lens and a 2MP macro lens.

For the selfies, Realme Narzo 20A features an 8MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture and 79° field-of-view, while the Realme Narzo  10A packs a 5MP shooter with f/2.4 aperture.

Realme Narzo 20A and Narzo 10A pack a large 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. These devices have a Micro-USB port for charging and come with the reverse charging capability to charge other devices.

Realme Narzo 20A and Realme Narzo 10A share a lot in common, be it the display, camera, battery size, or the materials. Realme Narzo 20A gets a Snapdragon 665 SoC processor which we have already seen on some of the 2019’s best sellers such as Redmi Note 8 and Realme 5, and Realme 5i. The Realme Narzo 20A is a tad bit cheaper compared to its predecessor, which makes it a no-brainer against the Narzo 10A.
