Xiaomi is all set to launch the Redmi Note 11 series smartphones, namely the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ in China on October 28. Ahead of the official launch, Xiaomi had been confirming few details of these upcoming devices. A few days back, the company revealed that the upcoming Redmi Note 11 series will feature an AMOLED display. Now, in a recent development, Xiaomi has confirmed the charging capability details of the Redm Note 11 Pro+. As per the teaser posted by Xiaomi on its official Weibo handle (Via: Mukul Sharma), the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ will offer 120W fast charging support, which will be the fastest charging on Redmi Note series smartphone ever.

Previously, we already had seen specifications and pricing details of the upcoming Redmi Note 11 series devices courtesy of a leak by a Chinese tipster. As per the past leak, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ will feature a 120Hz AMOLED display. The device is tipped to pack MediaTek’s octa-core Dimensity 1200 AI chipset. The smartphone is supposed to ship with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. On the software side of things, we can expect the handset to boot Android 11 out of the box with MIUI 12.5 on top.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is tipped to sport a triple-camera setup. The rear-facing camera module is supposed to include a 108MP primary Samsung HM2 sensor, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side, the smartphone is rumoured to feature a 16MP selfie camera. A 5000mAh battery is said to fuel the device. As confirmed by Xiaomi today, the device will offer 120W fast charging support. The other key features which the handset is supposed to offer include IR Blaster, NFC, and dual speakers tuned by JBL.

As far as the leaked pricing goes, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 8GB RAM model with 128GB of internal storage is said to cost CNY 2,199 (roughly Rs. 25,700). The top-end variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage might retail for around CNY 2,499 (roughly Rs. 29,200).
