Asus is working on the next-gen ROG Zephyrus Duo gaming laptop. The company is expected to launch Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 laptop early next year with at least three models under the moniker. The Zephyrus Duo 15 was launched in India back in September 2020 and now, it looks like the company is working on a 16-inch model for the global market. While there is no official word on the launch date, the laptop is expected to launch during CES 2022 which will kickstart from January 5, 2022.
Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 Bluetooth SIG
The Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 machine is listed on Bluetooth SIG certification with “GX650RX”, “GX650RW”, and “GX650RM” model numbers. The listing also confirms the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 will sport Bluetooth 5.1 wireless connectivity option. However, apart from this information, the site doesn’t reveal further information of the upcoming gaming laptop. 
However, a few days back, leaker Evleaks had posted an image of the device which confirms the 16-inch model’s touchpad and number pad combo. Further, the leak also confirmed the secondary display with a rising mechanism 一 similar to the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 15. Further, while the Zephyrus Duo 15 had a 16:9 aspect ratio, the upcoming Zephyrus Duo 16 might feature a different aspect ratio as it comes with a larger screen.

Needless to say, the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 will be powered by the latest processor from the house of Intel/AMD. For context, the Asus Zephyrus Duo 15 features a 15.6-inch primary display with two options 一 a 4K screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and a Full HD display with a 300Hz refresh rate. It also comes with a 14.1-inch ROG ScreenPad touchscreen, which can be easily tilted by 13 degrees. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i9-10980HK processor along with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB GDDR6 GPU. The laptop offers up to 48GB of expandable DDR4 RAM along with up to 2TB of RAID 0 M.2 NVMe PCI 3.0×4 SSD storage.
