LG budget Smartphone (LGL555DL) Running MediaTek Helio P22 SoC, 3GB RAM Benchmarked on Geekbench

LG is reportedly working on launching a new budget smartphone in the market. Today, we were able to spot a new LG device on the Geekbench database website, which hints at an imminent launch. Though the Geekbench certification for the upcoming LG budget device does not explicitly tell us anything about its moniker, it has revealed some of its key specifications and features. Take a look at the Geekbench listing for the upcoming LG entry-level smartphone and find out what it has in store for us.

LG L555DL Geekbench

As seen in the Geekbench database listing image, the upcoming LG budget device (with the model number LGE LGL555DL) has managed to pull off 139 in the single-core test and 492 in the multi-core test. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing has confirmed that the LGE LGL555DL will run on Android 9 Pie OS out of the box. Under the hood, the LGE LGL555DL will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor, which will be assisted by 2GB of RAM. Clearly, the LGE LGL555DL is an entry-level smartphone given the low amount of RAM and a dated Android version.

Other than what we mentioned above, the Geekbench listing for the LGE LGL555DL fails to give us any more information about the device. As of now, we are not even sure as to what its moniker will be. That said, things won’t remain the same for too long and we can expect the LGE LGL555DL to start popping up on the internet in the coming days. Whenever it does, we will make sure to keep you posted on the same.
