Xiaomi has launched a new budget smartphone in India. The Redmi 10 Prime is the company’s new offering in the budget smartphone segment. It comes with a new MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. The phone has a quad-camera setup on the back. It has a 50MP primary camera sensor. The device also comes with a massive 6000 mAh battery. Xiaomi has also launched the Redmi EarBuds 3 Pro TWS in India. The TWS comes with 30 hours of music playback time. It also comes with an IPX4 rating for splash resistance. Redmi 10 Prime, Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro price in India

Redmi 10 Prime comes in two storage configurations. The base 4GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs 12,499. It also comes in a 6GB + 128GB variant priced at Rs 14,499. The phone has been launched in three colours – White, Black and Blue.

It goes on sale starting September 7 via Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, Amazon India and other retail channels. As per of launch offers, customers with a HDFC Bank card can avail of a Rs 750 discount on the purchase of the 10 Prime.

The Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro is priced at Rs 2,999. It goes on sale starting September 9.

Redmi 10 Prime specifications 

The smartphone features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD. It has a hole-punch cutout for the 8MP front camera. The device has an adaptive 90Hz refresh rate support that switches between 45Hz, 60Hz and 90Hz depending on the on-screen content. 

Under the hood, the phone has a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC. It comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also comes with 2GB of extended RAM support. The phone packs a 6000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. 

On the back, the phone has a quad-camera setup. It has a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor and two 2MP sensors for depth and macro. For selfies, the phone has an 8MP front camera.

The phone runs Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out of the box and weighs 192 grams. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, IR Blaster, etc. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. 

Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro

The new Redmi earbuds come with an in-ear design. Each earbud has a silicon ear tip for noise isolation and better grip. It comes with a 43 mAh battery. The earbuds on their own offer a 7-hour battery life.

The charging case has a 600 mAh battery. Combined with the charging case, the earbuds offer 30 hours of battery life. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.2. Each earbud weighs 4.6 grams.
