Motorola, earlier this week, launched the Moto e22s smartphone in the Indian market. The Moto e22s will be available for the first time today in the country. The latest Moto e-series smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G37 processor and 4GB of RAM. It features a 90Hz refresh rate display panel with a punch-hole notch. The smartphone offers a 16MP snapper along with an LED flash.

Moto e22s buyers will be able to avail a Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) and Google Nest Mini (2nd Gen) at Rs 3,999 and Rs 1,499 respectively.

The Moto e22s features a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD display panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 268ppi pixel density, and a centered punch-hole notch.

Powering the latest e-series smartphone is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor that brings with it an integrated PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. Though, the company is providing users an option to expand the storage further, up to 1TB, via a dedicated microSD card slot.

In terms of optics, the all-new Moto e22s sports a 16MP primary shooter that has an f/2.2 aperture and phase detection auto focus. The smartphone also gets a 2MP depth sensor that has an f/2.4 aperture and an LED flash. For selfies, it relies on an 8MP front shooter.

The latest Moto e-series smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery unit. It supports 10W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port. The device features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that is embedded into the power button.

The Moto e22s retails in two colour options – Arctic Blue and Eco Black. It measures 163.95 × 74.94 × 8.49mm and weighs 185grams. The handset is IP52-rated making it water-repellent. It boots Android 12. Motorola has also promised two years of Android security patch updates for the device.
