Realme teased that it will be upgrading the performance, design and display of its upcoming series. Thanks to the major leaks and a few certifications in the past, we know what this is about. Although the exact numbers are not confirmed, the series is likely to feature two smartphones – Realme 10 5G (RMX3630) and Realme 10 Pro+ 5G (RMX3686). Although there could be more Realme 10 series phones.
The Realme 10 Pro is most likely to feature a curved display with a very thin chin of 2.3mm. For reference, it is smaller than the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra’s 2.6mm chin. The top of the line, Pro+ variant will also sport a curved display with a hole-punch cutout at the top centre, as per TENAA. It is likely to feature 120Hz refresh rate support. This will be the first time we get to see curved displays getting mainstream in the budget segment.
In terms of performance, all three phones will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC under the hood. This chip could be paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The camera specifications of the devices are not confirmed yet, but reports in the past indicate that the Realme 10 Pro+ will offer a 50MP primary shooter with OIS support. It will have a triple camera setup on the back. The Realme 10 5G is also expected to feature a triple rear camera setup.
The Realme 10 series was recently spotted on CQC certification website revealing the battery and charging details of the devices. The Realme 10 5G will have 5000mAh battery and 33W fast charging support. Whereas, the Realme 10 Pro+ will come equipped with a 4890mAh battery unit and support 65W fast charging.
Besides that, a Realme 10 4G device has also leaked which is tipped to feature a Mediatek Helio G99 chipset under the hood and a 50MP dual camera setup. The device has a glossy finish with flat edges, you can check out the Realme 10 pictures and specs here.
