Back in May last year, Sennheiser launched a new set of wireless earbuds named as the Sennheiser TV Clear. These new earbuds are specially for those who wants to listen to their TV using the earbuds. These earbuds also can main a simultaneous Bluetooth connection to the phone, TV, or PC. Now, it looks like Sennheiser wants to launch the successor to the last year’s Sennheiser TV Clear earbuds. The reason for this is that the company’s Sennheiser TV Clear earbuds 2 has cleared the Singapore’s IMDA certification.
Sennheiser TV Clear Earbuds 2 Launch Seems Imminent
The IMDA certification has listed the new Sennheiser earbuds with the moniker Sennheiser TV Clear Earbuds 2. Apart from the moniker details, no other specifications of these upcoming earbuds are revealed by the IMDA certification. As mentioned above, these upcoming earbuds from Sennheiser will succeed the Sennheiser TV Clear earbuds which were introduced last year.
The first-generation Sennheiser TV Clear earbuds offers a personalized audio experience, offering user to choose from five speech clarity levels. The earbuds also provide up to 20 dB high-frequency amplification to experience crystal-clear dialog. Users also can customize the earbuds setting with the companion TV Clear App. The app also includes a Find My Earbuds feature through which one can easily locate the earbuds. These earbuds offers a long lasting battery life of up to 15 hours on a single charge when used with the transmitter.
The case further adds 22 hours battery life, which does mean that the user can enjoy up to 37 hours in total for listening. As mentioned-above, these earbuds also offer a simultaneous connection to the TV, PC or a smartphone. They also can be used to receive or make calls on a smartphone. These earbuds are currently available and Europe and the US market. In the US, the Sennheiser TV Clear Earbuds retails for $399 (roughly Rs 32,600). These earbuds are not launched in India yet.
