Samsung Galaxy M11 with Punch-hole Camera, 5000mAh Battery Launched: Specifications, Features

Samsung has been pretty active when it comes to launching new smartphones under its A series and M series. Recently, the Korean smartphone manufacturer unveiled its Samsung Galaxy M21 smartphone. Today, the brand has unveiled yet another smartphone, dubbed the Samsung Galaxy M11. The Samsung Galaxy M11 was made live on the company’s UAE website. The funny thing is that Samsung has not even sent out press releases for the Samsung Galaxy M11 launch. Nevertheless, take a look at the specifications and features of the Samsung Galaxy M11 smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy M11: Specifications and Features

The Samsung Galaxy M11 flaunts a 6.4-inch LCD panel with an HD+ resolution (720 x 1,560 pixels). The device features a single punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper, which is located in the top left corner of the display. The punch-hole makes room for an 8MP selfie snapper, which has f/2.0 aperture. While we are at it, the Samsung Galaxy M11 sports a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 13MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP ultra wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a depth sensor for improving portrait images. The Samsung Galaxy M11 can shoot 1080p videos at 30 frames per second.

The rear camera of the Samsung Galaxy M11 is aligned vertically in the top left corner of the device’s rear. An LED flash sits on the right-hand-side of the camera module. The device also features a physical rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Samsung Galaxy M11 is available in three paintjobs – Black, Blue, and Lavender.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M11 is powered by an unnamed 1.80GHz octa-core processor, which is assisted by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. If 32GB storage does not suffice for your media consumption needs, the same can further be expanded with the help of an external SD card.

Coming to the battery of the device, the Samsung Galaxy M11 has a large 5,000mAh battery, which can be charged over a USB Type-C charging port. The Samsung Galaxy M11 battery has scope for fast charging by up to 15W. On the software side of things, the Samsung Galaxy M11 runs on the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with the company’s very own One UI 2.0 skin baked on top. Connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5 mm audio jack, and Wi-Fi b/g/n at 2.4 GHz. The device features a dedicated microSD card slot, which means that one can make use of two SIM cards and a microSD card at the same time with the Samsung Galaxy M11. This, however, should not come as a surprise to anyone considering the device’s budget nature. Another thing worth mentioning is that the Samsung Galaxy M11 retains a 3.5mm headphone jack.
