Apple iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 sale has started in India. Apple launched four new iPhone 12 models at the October event titled “Hi, Speed”, where it unveiled the iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Apple iPhone 12 prices were announced immediately after the launch event in the US. Out of the four iPhone 12 models, only the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro go on sale starting today. Apple iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 go on sale today in India

As we mentioned earlier, only two out of the four iPhone 12 models will go on sale today in India. Pre-orders of the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max begin on November 6 and will be available starting November 13. 

You can buy the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Max from the Apple India online store or via various e-commerce websites like Flipkart and Amazon India. The two new iPhones will also be available for purchase via Apple-authorised retail stores and third-party stores.

Apple iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 price in India

iPhone 12 India price starts at Rs 79,900 for the 64GB option. The 128GB model is priced at Rs 84,900, while the 256GB option is priced at Rs 94,900. The iPhone 12 Pro is available for Rs 1,19,900 for 128GB option. The 256GB variant cost Rs 1,29,900, while the 512GB model can bee purchased for Rs 1,49,900.

Apple iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 cashback offers

HDFC Bank credit card customers can avail Rs 6,000 cashback on the purchase of the iPhone 12. The offer is also applicable for a 6 months No-cost EMI transaction. 

For the iPhone 12 Pro, HDFC Bank credit cardholders can get a Rs 5,000 instant cashback. 

HDFC Bank debit cardholders are eligible for a Rs 1,500 instant discount on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. The offers are valid until December 26, 2020.

Apple iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 specifications 

iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro sport the same 6.1-inch OLED display. However, the iPhone 12 Pro’s Super Retina XDR display has higher brightness levels. Both the new iPhone displays come with a layer of Ceramic Shield, which is said to offer 4x drop protection.

The two iPhone 12 models draw power from the Apple A14 Bionic chipset and run on iOS 14.

They also feature a new 5G antenna and Apple claims that the new iPhones have most 5G bands found in any smartphone. iPhone 12 models also feature Smart Data mode, which extends battery life by intelligently switching to 4G when there is no 5G network reception in the area.

Apple iPhone 12 sports a dual-camera setup housing a 12MP wide and 12MP ultrawide lens. The iPhone 12 Pro camera module houses four sensors namely, a 12MP wide, a 12MP ultrawide lens, a 12MP telephoto camera with up to 4x optical zoom range, and a LiDAR sensor.

For selfies, the notch houses a 12MP TrueDepth camera sensor.

Both new iPhones are claimed to offer up to 17 hours of battery life on a single charge.
