Dell has refreshed its Alienware m15 and m17 R4 lineup with the newly-launched Nvidia GeForce RTX 30-series GPUs. The company made the official announcement at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2021. Nvidia, last night, unveiled the new GeForce RTX 3060 GPU along with GeForce RTX 30-series powered laptop models. Soon after the launch, Dell announced that the Alienware m15 and m17 R4 will come with the new GeForce RTX 30-series GPU. Dell updates Alienware m15 and m17 laptops with new GeForce RTX 30-series GPU
Dell has announced that it is updating the Alienware m15 R4 and m17 R4 with the new GeForce RTX 30-series GPU. The announcement was made at the CES 2021 after Nvidia unveiled the new GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. Nvidia RTX 30 series of GPUs is the company’s latest series of flagship graphics processors. The RTX 3070, 3080, and 3090 were announced a few months ago at this point. The RTX 30 series mobile GPUs come with up to 2x the efficiency, all new 3rd Gen Max-Q technology, and more.

Dell has not announced which GeForce RTX 30 series GPU will be present in the Alienware m15 and m17 laptops. The updated m15 and m17 will be on sale starting January 26 in the US for $2,149.99. This roughly translates to Rs 1,57,200.
It is important to note that only the GPUs have been upgraded. The Dell Alienware m15 and m17 still run on the Intel 10th Gen CPUs.
