Vivo S7t With MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC, 8GB RAM Spotted on Google Play Console Listing

Vivo is planning to launch a new smartphone with model number Vivo V2048A and recently the smartphone was spotted on China’s 3C certification site and Geekbench listing. Now the same phone has popped up on Google Play Console to disclose some of the features of the upcoming Vivo smartphone. According to the listing, the Vivo V2048A is going to soon launch in China. There are reports which claim that the unnamed device will hit the shelves with the Vivo S7t moniker. Here’s a closer look at the Google Play Console listing of the Vivo S7t.

According to the Google Play Console listing the Vivo S7t 5G smartphone is going to be powered by the MediaTek MT6875 SoC which is the Dimensity 820 5G-ready chipset. The smartphone will be backed by an 8GB RAM and runs on Android 11 operating system. The same specification was also listed in the Geekbench certification site at the starting of this month.

Earlier reports claim that the upcoming Vivo S7t will feature a wide display notch similar to the one available on the Vivo S7 5G smartphone. The handset is said to arrive with dual front camera setup but the placeholder image of the phone listed on Google Play Console shows that the smartphone will feature a teardrop notch design. Besides, the listing also suggests that the smartphone will offer a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2404 pixels along with a pixel density of 480ppi. The company is yet to make any official remark about the upcoming smartphone and we recommend you to take this piece of information with the pinch of salt. 

According to a Chinese tipster, the upcoming Vivo S7t 5G smartphone will have similar specifications like the Vivo S7 5G, the only difference will be in the chipset. The Vivo S7t 5G is tipped to arrive with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display. The smartphone is said to arrive with a quad-camera setup with the combination of a 64-megapixel primary camera + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel camera sensor along with an LED flash. Under the hood, the smartphone is said to be fuelled by a massive 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
