Vivo V2072A with Dimensity 1100 SoC appears on Google Play Console, Key Specs Revealed

Vivo has been quite aggressive last year with a slew of phone launches in both China and India. The company has introduced multiple smartphones in its Y-series, V-series, and X-series. Now, the company is looking to up the ante this year with a diverse product lineup. We have spotted a new Vivo smartphone on Google Play Console listing that reveals some key parameters of the upcoming smartphone. The handset will come with model number V2072A and offers some interesting set of specifications. Let’s take a closer look at the Vivo V2072A specification revealed via Google Play Console listing.

The Google Play Console listing reveals a render of the upcoming smartphone along with some key specifications. To start with the render, it shows that the handset will offer dual-selfie cameras housed in a waterdrop-style notch at the top-centre position. The right side of the device offers volume controls and power on/off button. The phone might come with a Champagne Gold colour option.

Coming to the specifications, the Google Play Console listing reveals that the handset will offer 12GB of RAM. The handset will come with a Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The display will offer 480ppi pixel density. Moving on, it will run on Android 11 with Vivo’s custom UI on top of it.

Interestingly, the listing reveals that the handset will come with MediaTek 6891 processor. The listing reveals that the chipset offers 4x ARM Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.6GHz and four ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0GHz. It also reveals that the chipset will come with Mali G77 GPU (805Mhz). This is none other than the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 5G chipset. The processor is a toned-downed variant of the recently launched MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC.

We can expect that the upcoming Vivo smartphone might fall under its popular V-series. Also, the handset will be the first smartphone from the company to come loaded with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 1100 processor.
